Featuring Region V Fiscal Consultant, Janice Stephens, the Cost Allocation Training will examine regulation requirements, how to apply a variety of methodologies, building a holistic budget including cost allocations and how to develop a plan to accommodate these costs. A unique cost allocation exercise will help participants understand the impact a variety of different methodology approaches can make on the same cost. Tools included will be cost allocation tables, plans and budget templates.
